His beautiful farm is named Buenavista, and is located in the municipality of Gigante in Huila. This lot is 100% Caturra, and is grown at a high altitude of 2000 meters. Like the majority of farmers in Colombia, he is using dry fermentation in his processing. After washing, the coffee is dried on raised beds for 20-25 days.
